Going to production

Activate your recipient application and start charging.

Sandbox asks for nothing. Production asks for a dossier, because the recipient application is what enables receiving money.

How it works

The charge is issued on Infi's structure, at the payment provider. Each sale is split on the spot: your share goes to your receiving account and Infi's fee goes to Infi's receiving account. You connect no provider key and register no webhook, and there is one risk review: ours.

Who receivesyou, in your receiving account; Infi receives only its fee

Chargebackfalls on your receiving account

Activating the recipient application

Activating asks for a dossier: company tax id, address, declared revenue, legal representative (id, date of birth, contact) and a bank account. The dashboard walks you through it and the provider opens your receiving account.

You sell before verification (KYC). While the provider verifies the account, your share of the sales is held there, in your name. Verification is only required to withdraw.

Withdrawal

You request it in the dashboard, against the amount available for withdrawal at the provider. It is released only with an active receiving account and approved verification, after our team approves it; the money goes to the bank account the provider verified. There is no choice of pix key or provider.

The amount is the gross minus the provider fee, our fee, and any refunds or chargebacks for the period. A dispute on a sale already withdrawn is deducted from future withdrawals.

Your own provider accounts

You can connect your own Stripe, Asaas, Efí, Woovi or Adyen account under Providers, but that connection only keeps data and charges nothing: no sale, refund or withdrawal goes through it. Without the recipient application active the store cannot receive payments yet, and the checkout says so.
